Acceptance

By accessing this website or registering for any CHOiiCE program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Programs

Program schedules, content, speakers, and delivery format may be updated, when necessary, without affecting the learning objectives.

Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged where when required.

Attendance

Participants are requested to join sessions on time to benefit fully from the learning experience. All CHOiiCE programs are conducted as live sessions, and session recordings will not be provided, shared, or made available to participants.

Missed Session & Batch Allocation

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled live session, CHOiiCE may allocate the participant to the next available batch, subject to batch availability and applicable program schedules.

Each participant will be provided one opportunity to attend the next available batch in case of a missed session. If the participant fails to attend the rescheduled batch, CHOiiCE will not be able to provide any further rescheduling, additional attempt, or alternative session.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, presentations, tools, assessment questionnaire used within application, videos and learning materials are the intellectual property of CHOiiCE Edutech (OPC) Private Limited and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission.

Cancellation & Refund

Any cancellation or refund will be governed by the policy communicated at the time of registration. Once enrolment and payment for a CHOiiCE program are successfully completed, the enrolment is confirmed and the amount paid is non-refundable. Non-attendance of a scheduled or rescheduled session does not qualify for a refund.

Participant Conduct

CHOiiCE reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment.

Limitation of Liability

CHOiiCE provides educational and career discovery services. Career decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the participant.

Changes

CHOiiCE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
